Leadership plays a significant role in workplace culture and business performance. The HR Centre can assist leaders (and managers that have been identified as future leaders) to develop skills and be mentored according to their individual needs and the needs of the organisation.
The HR Centre can assist individuals to understand their own style of leadership, their levels of emotional intelligence, their suitability to their operating environments and their decision making and communication styles.
Coaching can be provided by successful business practitioners and/or registered psychologists depending on the needs of the individual and the workplace in order to broaden their capabilities and improve their overall performance.
Coaching and development programs are highly confidential and as they are one-on-one sessions tailored just to the individual they are highly effective in improving performance immediately.
